Project Heart at closed2open

February 27, 2020

On February 19, 2020 OtterCares organized closed2open day! This is a beloved day when Otter Products employees close their doors to open their hearts. All employees practice servant leadership by flooding into schools and nonprofits to meet their needs. This is Project Heart in action; using our 3Ts to meet needs in our community. Several schools invited Otters to share Project Heart lessons, including Butler Elementary in Ft. Lupton, CO. Randy had a great time with a few of the upper elementary classes. They read a book, created a gift for someone else, and then identified needs and services in their community to dig deeper into the concept of philanthropy.
