Project Highlights

  • Elementary School
    • Kindergarten students made aluminum foil balls and donated them to their local animal shelter for toys for cats. 
    • 3rd grade students created laser engraved designs to showcase and sell at their Cultural Festival. All money raised was donated to The Wild Animal Sanctuary.

    • 3rd grade students offered free dog walking services to teachers in their building. Students used their specials and recess time to walk the dogs near the school.
    • 3rd grade students created dog toys and blankets and donated them to their local animal shelter
    • 4th grade students received cookie dough from a local cookie store, then set up a store at their school where they sold the cookie dough. All proceeds went to the Wolf Sanctuary.
  • Middle School
    • 6th grade students raised money through a fundraiser and donated all proceeds to Pandas International. 
    • 6th grade students raised money to buy items their local humane society needed to keep their animals happy and safe. 
    • 6-8th grade students participated in a middle school day of service, where they sent students to a number of local organizations (some include: Loveland House of Neighborly Services, FOCO Cafe, Hearts & Horses, local nursing homes, etc. Some of the services offered included deep cleaning, musical performances, transplanting native plants, painting, etc.
